I'm sorry but for now, your application will be DENIED
Reasons are:
1. I wasn't satisfied of your Biography. Biographies don't have to always to start with you being downed in life and you just get back up. Be creative make your biography unique.
2. Unsupported by players and I too saw some problems ingame.
Posting another application is futile and may give you a forum infraction.

Hi guys. Since we have noticed that the server is growing bigger and bigger. We decided to implement some rules and regulations that should be followed (strictly), to make the server peaceful and to make roleplay better for everyone. Rules should always be followed if you are presently online in the server. Failure to follow any of these rules will have consequences and punishments that would be settled by the administrators.
=Server Rules=
DeathMatching (DM)-Attacking a player in any way without a proper roleplay in character reason.
Revenge Killing(RK)-Attacking a player in any way when you were recently killed by that player.
Killing on Sight(KoS)-Attacking a player in any way without any or little roleplay involved. Even if you have a roleplay reason to attack the player, if you do not roleplay you can be punished for this.
Non-RP Car Ramming-Non-RP Car Ramming is using your vehicle to attack a player.
Scamming Over the Limit-Scamming any player for an amount of more than $50,000.
Gun Discharge Exploits (QS/CS)-Using any gun discharge exploit including but not limited to crack shooting and quick swapping. This excludes passworded paintball rooms in which the roomer allows it.
Metagaming-Using out of character information in character, or sharing in character information out of character with the intention of it being used to metagame.
Powergaming-Performing actions which your character is incapable of. Use of the command to perform an action your character would otherwise be incapable of is considered powergaming.
Driver Drive By (DDB)-Firing from the driver side of a vehicle.
Money/Account Farming-Transferring money or any items of value from one account of your own to another.
Use of Unauthorized Items at Event-Use of Unauthorized Items at an Event.
Running/Swimming Time Exploit-Exploiting to avoid the AFK Timer.
Alt-Tab to Avoid Death-Pausing from your game in order to avoid death.
Car Surfing-Riding on the top of a car in motion. Riding the back of trucks such as Flatbeds or Slamvans is allowed as long as animations are used and as long as it is roleplayed.
=Offenses Against Admin-Related Issues=
Exploiting Out of Admin Prison/Jail-Escaping from admin prison or jail with the intention of doing so.
Providing a False Statement-Knowingly providing a false statement to an administrator. Punishment may vary based on severity.

Exploiting a Spectating Admin-Using commands on an administrator while they are spectating.
Abuse of /report-Abusing the report function which includes spamming it, flaming admins and asking for positions.
Logging to Avoid Admin Punishment-Knowingly logging to avoid a punishment from an admin.
Server Advertising-Advertising IP or any information that is related with another SA-MP Server. (We do not tolerate this.)
Hacking-Using any program or tool which gives an unfair advantage to yourself by modifying your client. (Such as health hacks, or weapon hacks.)
Threats of DDoS and/or use or distribution of malicious software-This includes threats of DDoS against the server as well as other players.
=Rules about Chat Channels=
Abuse of /newb(ie)-Abusing newbie chat for purposes other than server related questions and answers.
Abuse of /ad(vertisement)-Using /ad in a non-RP manner or with an abuseful purpose.
Abuse of /v-Spamming or using the chat as an advertisement service.
Abuse of Broadcast Functions-Abusing a public broadcast function such as /nr or /gov.
Abuse of /d or /r-Using radio in an abusive manner.
*Massive abuse of these chat channels can get you blocked indefinitely from using it*
=Gang-Related Offenses=
Point Boundary Violation-Firing at a person or vehicle outside of the boundaries of a point.
3 Point Violation-Holding more than 3 points at any one time.
Non-RP Behavior-Any conduct which is considered to be non roleplay.
*Gang Leaders can implement their own rules but must follow these, and they can punish their own members who are breaking rules*
=Civil Service Faction-Related Offenses=
Stacking of Charges(C4)-Placing of charges that are not standard or are repetitive.
Excessive Ticket/Jail/Prison-Prisoning, jailing, or ticketing a player with an excessive and nonstandard amount.
Non-RP Behavior-Any conduct which is considered to be non-roleplay.
Logging/Use of /kill to Avoid-Logging/Use of /kill to Avoid Arrest.
Logging to avoid-Disconnecting from the server to avoid death or roleplay.
Releasing Hitman Names-Releasing the name of a hitman in any manner.
OOC Hit-Placing a contract on another player with an out of character reason, without knowing their name, or with little to no roleplay reason.
Cop Baiting-Intentionally baiting or making any LEO/Faction Officer chase you without any roleplay reason.
